How do we reserve our date?
You may save a date for 7 days without any charge. After which the date will be released.

Is there ample parking for all our guests?
Yes, we have sufficient free parking for guests and suppliers

Can we bring our family to see the venue before we book?
Of course you may, please arrange a day and time with Becca

When do we have to pay?
A £500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the space for you. The final balance would be due 24 weeks prior to your wedding/event.

What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancel up to 24 weeks of your hire start date, 50% of the hire fee
- Cancel between 23 and 7 weeks of your hire start date,75% of the hire fee
- Cancel within 6 weeks of your hire start date, 100% of the hire fee
To cancel any additional services, props, extras, provided by Warren Farm, require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice prior to your wedding/event hire start date.
Other suppliers will have their own terms and conditions relating to cancellations, please refer directly to them for more details on their policy.

What if our numbers change after booking?
Depending on which space you have selected will depend on what we can do – nothing is impossible!

Do we have to get married onsite at your venue?
Of course not! Just inform us of your plans and we will be waiting to greet you and your guests.

How many weddings do have on at any one time?
Yours and yours only! You have exclusive hire for your big day.

Do you have electric car charging facilities onsite?
Not just yet, the nearest charge point can be found at Tesco Formby, a two minute drive on the Formby by-pass.
